Gel Capsules
These are empty capsules to make your pills.

This size is 000. I also used the smaller 00 size as described in the worksheet (see step 2).
Microcrystalline Cellulose
I mixed my crushed Benzo with this power.

Pill Organizer
Since each capsule was progressively lower in dose, I needed to keep them in order.

To add/remove powder from the gel capsules.

Pill Stand
I made a pill stand as shown in the picture.
It is wood (or cardboard) with a hole in center.
It is used to hold the gel capsule on the scale.
